A Certified OCD Training in Functional Medicine for Mental Health Providers & Therapists

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) affects 1 in 40 people (2.3% of the population), impacting individuals universally. OCD’s effects can be profound, hindering productivity and fulfillment in life. Although traditional approaches to OCD, primarily centered around psychotherapy and medications, provide benefits to many patients, there is growing scientific and evidence-based research that supports that OCD often arises from discrete biological factors such as genetics, inflammation, gut dysbiosis, and more significantly, serotonergic dysfunction.
